Lychee with Cream Cheese and Pepper Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of canned lychee, shelled and seedless
  • 100 g of cream cheese
  • 50 g of chickpea
  • pepper jelly to taste

Method of preparation:

Stuff the lychees with cream cheese. Spike the chickpea and then the lychee, add the jelly to taste and serve.
