Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of steak
  • Coarse salt

Filling:

  • 100 g of half moon onion
  • 100 g of cubed zucchini
  • 100 g of diced colored pepper
  • 5 crushed garlic cloves
  • 100 g of provolone
  • Oregano to taste

Method of preparation:

I remove excess fat from the meat, so that it doesn't make it difficult to turn. Make a cut in the center of the steak until the end of the piece, taking care not to pierce, make a cut leaving approximately 1.5 cm on the sides. Insert your hand inside the steak piece and pull the bottom of the piece and turn the steak inside out. Place the filling inside the piece and close with the help of toothpicks. Wrap in cellophane and bake at 250º for 30 minutes, remove the cellophane and serve.
