Rib's Madeira with Barbecue Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 600 g of pork rib whole piece
  • 100 ml of lemon
  • 500 ml of water
  • Oregano to taste
  • salt to taste
  • Paprika to taste
  • 100 gr chopped onion
  • garlic 5 chopped cloves
  • 1 bunch parsley
     

Barbecue Sauce

  • 200 ml of barbecue
  • 100 ml of water
  • 100 g of bacon
  • Paprika to taste
  • salt to taste

Method of Preparation:

Marinate all of the above ingredients and marinate for 24 hours. Once marinated, wrap in cellophane and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes at 180º, remove the cellophane and return to the oven until golden.

Barbecue Sauce
Fry the bacon and add the paprika to taste, place the barbecue and correct the salt, drizzle the nut ribs and serve.
