Coalho Cheese with Guava Husk

Ingredients:

  • 500 g of rennet cheese
  • 500 g of guava husk

Brown sugar sauce

  • 200 g of brown sugar
  • 150 ml of late harvest wine
  • 1 bunch of thyme

Method of preparation:

Cut the rennet cheese and the guava paste into cubes. Skewer the cheese intercalating with the guava paste and bake, as soon as the cheese is browned, turn it until it is completely baked and serve.

Mix the sugar with the wine and bring to the heat, after it comes to a boil, turn off the heat and pour over the cheese and serve.
