Ingredients:

  • 1 piece of steak
  • Coarse salt
  • 30 g of Chimichurri
  • 80 ml of Olive Oil

Method of preparation:

Hydrate chimichurri in oil and set aside. Cut the picanha to a thickness of 2.5 cm, place on a skewer and season with coarse salt and bake. After roasting, drizzle with hydrated chimichurri in oil and serve.
